Würth Canada seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of 10 representatives across a district spanning Calgary through Southern Alberta, Lethbridge, and BC Southern Interior. The role requires travel within the district and occasional national travel, with Lethbridge as the preferred location.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years outside sales experience, leadership or talent development background, and a degree or diploma in Business or Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Prior leadership or talent development experience is preferred.
• Strong coaching, training and talent development skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district sales team of 10 representatives across Calgary, Southern Alberta, Lethbridge and BC Southern Interior.
• Develop and implement divisional sales strategies to meet revenue, growth and profitability targets.
• Forecast and manage budget for the sales team and monitor performance.
