Job summary

UAP Inc. in the GTA seeks a District Operations Manager to lead store managers and teams across multiple locations, drive district sales and profitability, and ensure compliance with customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel regularly within the district.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandise presentation, and customer experience.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management and recommend solutions for operational challenges.

Job Description

We are seeking a District Operations Manager located in the GTA.

Salary Range: $92,500 – $115,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of stores in terms of compliance with NAPA's customer service standards, achieving financial goals, and supporting the district's sales development efforts. You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.
