We are seeking a District Operations Manager located in the GTA.
Salary Range: $92,500 – $115,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of stores in terms of compliance with NAPA's customer service standards, achieving financial goals, and supporting the district's sales development efforts. You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.
