NAPA Canada is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations in the GTA, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive store performance, ensure compliance with customer service standards, and lead district sales initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in management with 2 years in multi-unit or district oversight, strong leadership, budgeting and KPI analysis, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within the district.

We are seeking a District Operations Manager located in the GTA.

Salary Range: $92,500 – $115,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of stores in terms of compliance with NAPA’s customer service standards, achieving financial goals, and supporting the district’s sales development efforts. You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

Your Main Responsibilities
