Job summary

UAP Inc. in New Minas, NS is seeking a full-time team member for our Auto Parts Division to deliver exceptional customer service and support store objectives. You will assist with sales initiatives, help the Store Manager motivate the team, manage inventories, and ensure the store is well-stocked and tidy.

• Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service

• Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
• Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
