Dollarama is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 10 to 18 stores, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will guide store managers and indirectly lead a team of about ten or more employees per store, driving merchandising, recruitment and training, store openings, financial reporting, sales, productivity, labor and inventory management.

This role offers a salary range of $90,000–$110,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5–10 years in retail management with at least 4 years as a Store Manager.
• Bachelor's or college degree in a related field is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute all operational activities of the territory through store managers.
• Build and recruit a strong team capable of achieving objectives.
• Execute Dollarama programs and those of its suppliers.
• Recruitment, performance management and retention of store employees.
• Conduct daily store visits; travel within territory and to projects or meetings.
• Manage store resources to maximize results and maintain product availability.
• Explain KPIs related to loss prevention, sales and operational objectives.
• Implement best practices for company success through existing programs.
• Promote company values in respect for employees and customers, profitability and growth.
• Open new stores.
