As the District Manager for Knix, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and leading a passionate team toward exceeding our goals.

As a District Manager at Knix, you will oversee the performance and operations of a group of retail stores across multiple cities. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of Retail, you will play a key role in shaping our store culture, driving performance, and scaling our customer experience across your region.

The Opportunity

  • Lead Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure all stores deliver on operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand experience
  • Implement systems and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across locations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Own Financial Performance:
  • Manage regional P&L, optimize scheduling and payroll, and analyze performance data to drive sales and profitability
  • Partner with Store Managers to develop and execute business plans aligned with KPIs and company goals
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve conversion, ATV, and other key metrics
  • Grow and Empower People:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development across your stores.Foster a values-driven culture grounded in inclusion, integrity, and performance
  • Build a Customer-Focused Business:
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring consistency in service and brand standards
  • Use customer insights and feedback to shape strategies that deepen loyalty and retention
  • Support and model community engagement and grassroots marketing efforts


Qualifications:

  • Multi-unit retail leadership experience, ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or customer-centric environments
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong financial results
  • Experience managing P&L, labor planning, and store operations at scale
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between stores within your region
  • A passion for Knix’s mission and a commitment to inclusive leadership
