ASGCO engineers, manufactures, and sells a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed and engineered for the mining, aggregate, cement, pulp and paper, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, food processing, and other bulk material handling industries. ASGCO has a great opportunity available for a Western Canada Field Service Manager with a positive attitude, leadership abilities, and a willingness to learn. The territory includes British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.

We are seeking a Field Service Manager / Sales Technician with a proactive attitude, leadership skills, and eagerness to learn. Responsibilities include installing, servicing, repairing, and assisting with the sales of ASGCO conveyor equipment and services to our distributors, OEMs, and end-user customers. We offer in-house conveyor training and other technical development programs for career advancement.

Responsibilities :

1. Increase sales and market share of ASGCO products and services through product installations, sales calls, trade shows, and other activities within the Western Canada territory.
2. Ensure all service jobs and projects are completed safely, on time, and with high-quality workmanship.
3. Provide support in other regions of Canada and the Northwestern United States as needed.
4. Assist Territory Managers and distributor sales teams with conveyor inspections, training, and sales activities.
5. Perform conveyor surveys, inspections, and generate reports for end-users and distributors.
6. Maintain organization by preparing weekly schedules, work tickets, call reports via Salesforce CRM, and managing expenses promptly.
7. Travel approximately 50% of the time; work from home the remaining 50%.

Qualifications :

1. Basic welding and fabrication skills.
2. Strong mechanical aptitude, leadership qualities, and a positive safety attitude.
3. Good sales, customer service, and communication skills.
4. Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
5. Experience in conveyor manufacturing and sales is preferred.
6. Proficiency with computer applications including spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
