Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or related certification.
• Canada: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months).
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of personal banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Welcome customers in the branch lobby and guide them to digital/self-serve options.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Meet transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Support risk/compliance processes and protect customer assets.
