Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Canada seeks a senior leader to act as a subject matter expert on marketing and sales force programs, analyzing opportunities and designing campaigns to improve effectiveness across the sales organization.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, guide change management, and ensure data-driven decision making and compliant program delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Business or related field.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
