Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in design of complex electrical distribution systems (4 kV to 500 kV).
• Knowledge of utility standards and codes; proficiency with PLS-CADD is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing overhead and underground power delivery systems from 4kV to 500kV, creating scopes and estimates.
• Develop design drawings and ensure compliance with applicable standards and codes.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts for design details and bill of materials.
• Interface with senior staff to resolve technical issues and maintain engineering standards.
• Coordinate with other units to verify project design requirements and delivery schedules.
