Qualifications
7+ years experience in an engineering role with specific distribution knowledge ideally within British Columbia.
Experience working with utilities in Western Canada.
Experience related to overhead and underground electric utility distribution systems operating at voltages at or below 35kV.
Responsibilities
Support the efficient operation of the distribution team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop design work packages and assist with design engineering problems.
Design overhead and underground facilities for voltages up to 35kV.
Skills
Distribution knowledge
Good communication skills
Ability to work with remote partners
Familiarity with GIS
Ability to use industry design software
Education
P.Eng designation or eligible to become P.Eng
