Drake International is partnering with a well-established national distribution organization to hire a Distribution Centre Supervisor (Evening Shift) for their Dartmouth operation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing evening shift operations, driving team performance, and improving reliability, accuracy, and overall efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 20+ warehouse staff and lead hands
• Oversee shipping, order prep, and daily operations
• Manage attendance, performance, and employee issues
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and process improvements
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse/DC
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with WMS systems and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday (evenings)
• Experience in pharma, food, or regulated environments is an asset
