Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Supervisor Distribution Warehouse in Brandon. You will oversee a team of drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring proper receiving, storage and distribution to customers, while coaching and mentoring for peak performance.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will plan workloads, foster a safe environment, and drive operational efficiency. A degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in distribution, and SAP/MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or post‑secondary education in a related field, or experience deemed equivalent is required.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
  • 1–3 years supervisory experience required.
  • Prior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP computer tools.

  • Manage drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
  • Serve as liaison between sales, distribution and warehouse to maintain efficient communication between functions.
  • Manage and audit team member's timekeeping.
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budget.

  • Work Location – Brandon
  • Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Monday to Friday, Days. Flexibility required.
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $73,000 - $81,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
  • This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the Supervisor Distribution Warehouse is responsible for overseeing a team of Coke Canada drivers and warehouse employees. They ensure the products are properly received, stored, and effectively distributed to our customers. The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the Supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
