Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking a dedicated dispatcher to manage incoming radio, phone, and in-person calls, escalating to the appropriate resources as needed. You will dispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators, respond to emergencies, and maintain detailed event logs.

Provide CCTV monitoring support, coordinate with tenants, and ensure proper access and contractor sign-in/out procedures. A strong communicator with crisis-management skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior dispatching experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage crises under pressure.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming radio, phone and in-person calls, document details and escalate to proper resources
• Dispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators to calls as required
• Dispatch security services to critical facility issues, including medical, fire, and disturbances
• Provide detailed documentation of activity in the dispatch center into event logs
• Dispatching for emergency situations (EPS, EMS, EFD)
• Monitor CCTV and provide support to Security Agents responding to calls
• Oversee facility monitoring systems
• Communicate and provide regular updates by email distribution groups for all events on the property
• Provide key access through key control system for employees and contractors
• Provide contractor sign in / sign out process; sign out equipment as needed to contractors
• Complete reports and provide information related to a site owned security equipment
• Contact tenants for critical property concerns related to their tenant space
• Obtain/file maintenance inspections and equipment audits from team members
