Job summary

Paladin Security Group Ltd in Toronto is seeking a Lead Security Operations Dispatch Centre Operator to oversee the SOC in a Government of Ontario facility. You will monitor security systems, coordinate security personnel, and support emergency response activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring access control, CCTV, fire life safety, dispatching guards, operating radios, and maintaining incident logs. A strong customer service focus and emergency decision skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Post-secondary education in Security, Law, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of security experience in a commercial, institutional, or government environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in a Security Operations Centre or Control Centre.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, and life safety systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Hours: Mon to Fri 0700-1500

Pay Rate: $24.40/hr
