Job summary

Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal, is hiring in Laval, Quebec for a dispatcher role. You will plan and coordinate vehicle pickups at client locations, ensuring schedules and vehicle status are aligned with client needs.

You will work closely with internal teams, communicate clearly in both French and English, and handle incoming inquiries while maintaining accurate transactional records. This is a full-time on-site position in Laval.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize driver schedules.
• Confirm pickup details and vehicle status.
• Check towing availability and offer customers a timeslot.
• Complete order forms and other transactional documents.
• Answer internal customer calls and relay information to drivers.
• Collaborate with Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers.

Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval, Quebec . As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
