SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a customer‑oriented Shipper/Dispatcher in Calgary to coordinate delivery teams and ensure safe, efficient operations.
You will track delivery status, communicate with operations and customers, manage inventory, and report on key metrics while representing the company professionally at all times. You will work with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries, assist with loading/unloading, and support site deliveries when needed.
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who will ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency. This role ensures customers and employees are provided with the best possible experience daily. Together with other team members, the Shipper/ Dispatcher works to exceed customer expectations.
