Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead disaster restoration and construction projects for residential and commercial clients. You will oversee estimates, schedules, and deliveries, working with insurance partners and property managers to restore peace of mind.

Reporting to the VP, you’ll coordinate the recovery process, manage timelines, ensure quality and profitability, and supervise a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Experience estimating and managing restoration/construction projects.
Experience with residential and commercial settings preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Estimate cleanup and reconstruction, usually with Xactimate.
Act as principal contact for the customer.
Secure the work and run the job to completion.
Coordinate with team members inside and outside the organization.
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, profitability and revenue goals are met.
Complete administrative and corporate responsibilities and expectations.
On-call rotations and extra hours are routine in this role.
