Qualifications

• Minimum three years of disability management experience.
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and wellness programs, including disability management and injury claims.
• Coordinate return-to-work plans and workplace accommodations.
• Collaborate with partners, insurers, and Human Capital teams to improve processes.
• Advise stakeholders on effective management strategies under Safe and Timely Return-to-Work.
• Provide coaching and support to Health and Wellness team.
