We’re seeking a high-performing Director, Digital Experience to lead our global web strategy, transforming LevelAccess.com into a key growth, branding, and customer engagement platform. Our web properties are our digital front door, and we want them to be engines for growth and engagement in the enterprise B2B SaaS buyer’s journey.

This role will oversee the performance, experience, and optimization of our web properties, including organic pipeline generation, user experience, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy, paid conversion, and key initiatives like brand updates, PLG integration, and multi-site management.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Lead global web strategy to enhance performance, UX, and architecture supporting pipeline growth and branding.
  2. Manage a high-impact team, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  3. Achieve pipeline targets by improving landing pages and conversion rates in partnership with digital marketing.
  4. Lead site redesigns, product page updates, navigation improvements, and brand refreshes.
  5. Develop international web strategy, including localization, translation, and geo-targeting for global expansion.
  6. Oversee analytics, CRO, SEO, GEO, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
  7. Work cross-functionally with demand gen, brand, product marketing, and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  8. Align web strategy with demand generation campaigns for full-funnel customer journeys.
  9. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all web content and design, reflecting our mission.
  10. Launch updated core pages reflecting our refreshed brand and messaging.
  11. Drive increases in organic traffic, SEO & GEO performance, and conversion rates.
  12. Meet organic pipeline targets aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  13. Foster a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and user-centric design, including AI experimentation.
  14. Establish reporting to surface insights, support data-driven decisions, and maintain transparency with leadership.
  15. Promote an optimization mindset across the team, using data to prioritize and iterate quickly.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in web marketing, with 3+ years leading web teams in B2B SaaS or digital-first organizations.
  • Proven success in web pipeline performance, growth, and brand experience.
  • Expertise in SEO, CRO, web analytics, CMS (e.g., WordPress, React, Drupal, Contentful).
  • Experience leading large-scale web projects and redesigns with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with creative, demand gen, product marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership: fast-paced, results-oriented, team motivator.
  • Deep understanding of digital branding and customer journeys, connecting storytelling with performance.
  • Experience supporting global markets, including localization and scalable infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of WCAG standards and inclusive web design.
  • Understanding of the full digital customer journey from initial contact to post-sale engagement.
  • Experience vendor evaluation and management, including agencies and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI-driven search platforms is a plus.
