As Director, Talent, you’ll help us attract, recruit, and develop the people who will carry our vision forward. What You’ll be Doing:

Recruitment (70%)

• Partner with senior leadership to recruit top talent across Fusion, Helia, and our Portfolio Companies.
• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to hiring – while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of A-players through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and industry events.
• Be relentless in finding passive candidates and building succession pipelines to keep the funnel full.
• Use cutting-edge tools, market intelligence, and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities and alignment with our values.

Talent Management (30%)

• Develop an effective talent management framework, including succession planning, workforce planning and internal mobility processes for Fusion and Helia.
• Assess and monitor talent gaps to inform recruitment priorities and training opportunities.
• Partner with managers and employees to assess total talent health and optimize organizational effectiveness.
• Design and execute on People & Culture strategic initiatives that achieve recruitment and talent management priorities.
