Reporting to the Vice President, Insurance Solutions, Facilities and Real Estate, the Director, Facilities & Real Estate will be accountable for providing strategic leadership, direction, and expertise in real estate and facilities management across Canada. This role involves strategic planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting, as well as technical expertise and serving as a resource for property-related engineering, environmental safety, security, and operational issues. The Director will act as the primary liaison with external vendors, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, overseeing real estate transactions, lease renewals, construction, and renovation projects within budget and on time.
