Hale. is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead strategy, performance and execution across high-impact client partnerships. You will act as a senior advisor, turning plan into action and guiding investment across channels with a strong grasp of growth metrics.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll stay close to execution, manage complex projects, and drive measurable revenue growth for direct‑to‑consumer brands.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in progressive performance marketing, ideally in a complex agency or client setting.
• Hands-on expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads with full-funnel capability.
• Experience presenting to senior marketing and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of DTC, ecommerce, lead generation and retail models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution across complex client partnerships.
• Set direction for performance marketing and advise on investments and channels.
• Understand client economics and shape media decisions accordingly.
• Own end-to-end growth strategies across paid search, social, programmatic and retail media.
• Diagnose performance issues and guide optimization across accounts and budgets.
