Stoko in Vancouver is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the full performance matrix and drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to set targets and budgets, then structure accounts, tests, and interpretation of results in real time.

This hands-on, individual contributor role requires 6–8 years of paid media experience on DTC/e-commerce, with deep expertise on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on paid media experience for DTC/e-commerce.
• Deep expertise with Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Experience managing real budgets against efficiency targets.
• Hybrid, Vancouver-based, in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and TV.
• Track spend, pacing, unit economics, and campaign efficiency metrics.
• Allocate budget across channels to scale top performers.
• Own measurement, attribution, and daily reporting.
• Lead platform expansion and collaborate with creatives for testing.
