Compensation

Base Salary: CAD $70,000 – $80,000 / year + bonus (up to 10%)

Role Overview

A hands-on, floor-focused leadership role overseeing two restaurant outlets and a lounge at a high-volume luxury hotel, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. Focused on tightening service execution and sequence of service, rolling out team training, and driving day-to-day operational excellence across all outlets.

  • Service execution - lead and refine sequence of service across all outlets, staying hands-on in daily operations
  • Team development - recruit, train, and roll out ongoing training to build a high-performing, guest-focused team
  • Financial performance - manage outlet budgets across labor, productivity, revenue, and expenses; support forecasting
  • Guest experience - uphold LQA standards and drive continuous improvement in service quality
  • Innovation & positioning - collaborate with culinary leadership on menus, promotions, and events that keep the dining experience competitive
