Job summary

Worley is seeking a Director of Change Management, Operating Model and Organisational Design to provide senior leadership across strategic transformation initiatives. You will shape and implement change strategies that strengthen performance and deliver sustainable behavioural, cultural and operational outcomes across a defined business area, function, location or major project.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across behavioural change and enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading operating model and organisation design initiatives in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to engage, advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, facilitation and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies and initiatives across defined business areas, locations or projects.
• Develop a compelling vision for change aligned with priorities, and communicate it clearly.
• Oversee operating model and organisation design initiatives to enable transformation and performance.
• Coordinate objectives, policies and programmes to meet evolving business needs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformation outcomes beyond the immediate function.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams, ensuring accountability and capability growth.
• Partner with senior leaders on matters influencing operational performance and outcomes.
• Offer strategic coaching to leaders through significant organisational change.
• Contribute to processes and tools that strengthen organisational capability and adoption of change.
