Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across behavioural change and enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading operating model and organisation design initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Ability to engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, facilitation and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies, plans and initiatives across defined areas or projects.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision for change aligned with priorities.
• Lead operating model and organisation design initiatives for transformation.
• Oversee development and execution of policies and programmes for evolving needs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams with accountability.
• Manage multiple complex change initiatives, directly or through others.
• Partner with senior leaders on matters influencing performance.
• Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders facing significant change.
• Contribute to systems and tools that improve change effectiveness.
