Qualifications

• 10 years of experience leading sales and delivering innovative strategies aligning employee priorities with business strategy.
• Experience delivering organizational transformation and change management projects in total rewards, M&A, future of work, wellbeing, and culture.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and work across all levels.
• Experience with employee listening, advisory services, and human capital strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales by understanding human behavior and delivering effective strategies.
• Executive presence with facilitation and strong written/verbal communication, creativity, and technical expertise.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, lead teams, and generate revenue; global experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-dimensional projects and people to meet deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support new business opportunities, design integrated solutions and convert to profitable sales.
• Design, present, and deliver organizational transformation and change management programs focused on people.
• Develop client solutions using WTW methodologies and broader human capital offerings.
• Use digital solutions to support experiences and provide deep project management during delivery.
• Ensure contractual commitments and manage project finances; support or lead proposals and budgets.
