You will lead strategic initiatives, drive tech adoption, and partner with leaders to transform talent processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Experience delivering outcomes through process improvement or organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and leaders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, measurable solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility with interest in innovation and AI.
• Bilingualism (French-English) required for Quebec; otherwise unilingual English manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives that modernize Talent Acquisition capabilities.
• Drive adoption of recruiting technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with leaders, technology teams and external partners to develop roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
• Lead change management and enablement activities across transformations.
• Monitor emerging trends to shape Talent Acquisition strategy at Sun Life.
