Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Senior Director-level Space Planning leader to manage the Lab Store in Scarborough. You will direct a seven-person Space Planning team, own calendars and ensure timely, compliant planogram execution across the network.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with VPs, Visual Merchandising, operations and supply chain, while pushing continuous improvement and high-quality output aligned to merchandising strategy.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business/retail merchandising is required.
• Strong knowledge of planograms, category management and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-person team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Space Planning function and oversee seven specialists.
• Own the planogram operating calendar from development to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with VPs, Visual Merchandising, stores and supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement in standards and effectiveness of the unit.
• Translate assortment, space, inventory and merchandising decisions into store execution.
