Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Lead, Space Planning to guide a team of space planners, provide subject matter expertise, and drive space planning analytics that influence strategy and assortment decisions within Merchandising.

You will lead training initiatives, implement process improvements, and collaborate closely with Space Planning Managers and executives to support store and category goals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business or finance.
• 4–6 years of merchandising/space planning experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of space planners and provide SME expertise on space planning and analytics.
• Train and onboard planners, update training platforms and tools.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with space planning managers.
• Coach on planogram design and support category strategy decisions.
