Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to drive results.
• Superior interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Works effectively with the management team and upholds company programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Manages labour scheduling and uses Workforce Management to maximize productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Hires and supports hiring for all departments excluding Pharmacy.
• Analyzes financial reports and meets targets; develops strategies to improve efficiency.
