You will work with planning teams to ensure visual standards and data integrity, while leveraging space management tools to maximize sales and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of retail experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel and Access skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build planograms incorporating merchandising strategy and standards.
• Maintain data integrity in the planogram database for assigned categories.
• Analyze planogram builds to improve time savings and sales performance.
• Use space management tools to optimize space productivity and inventory turns.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to contribute space planning insights.
• Set up planograms for reviews at the NWC Training Center.
• Ensure timely deliverables for the Planogram Calendar.
• Prepare planograms for Share Point / HO files and distribute to stores.
• Maintain planogram library and naming conventions.
• Create and distribute planogram books for reprofiling projects.
• Provide ongoing store support for planogram implementation.
