Position Summary: The Director of Sales to direct the overall performance of the sales force. Leading strategic planning and assuring outstanding CRM practices with accounts to maximize profitability is a primary focus. Providing overall leadership on sales execution and assuring effectiveness of the Sales Team while establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the territory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
