Job summary

Levy, a division of Compass Group Canada, invites applications for the Director of Premium Services at Centre Vidéotron. You will lead operations, human resources, and financial management, and mentor teams while upholding Levy standards and our culture.

The role requires at least 4 years managing banquets or large events, bilingual French and English communication, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and ability to travel within Canada to support events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing banquets and/or large-scale events.
• Strong leadership and employee engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication in French and English with management, guests, and staff.
• Willing to travel within Canada and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee premium bar operations during events and backstage services.
• Coordinate planning, preparation, and billing of corporate events.
• Ensure resources and tools are available for staff to perform duties.
• Schedule staff according to the collective agreement.
• Build relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors and Levy associates.
• Drive revenue growth initiatives and achieve cost targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and required reporting.
