The Director collaborates with Pharmacy Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and store teams to frame problems, validate models, and move insights into implementation.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in business analytics or operational transformation.
• Experience leading teams with mixed technical and business-facing skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop measurable hypotheses.
• Strong communication to explain complex analyses in business terms.
