Job summary

enVision Community Living is seeking a Director of Operations in Steinbach, MB to lead and administer operational objectives and services, aligning with our mission and values. The role focuses on strategic planning, financial oversight, service evaluation and external partnerships to advance the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of senior level experience, within a medium/large organization.
• Social Services experience is considered an asset.
• Effective leadership with a focus on operations and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of fiscal management, contracts and partnerships.
• Able to identify issues and strategically overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and administration of operational objectives, services and initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning for service development, financial management and evaluation.
• Develop external networks to support organizational goals.
• Delegate tasks to management staff and integrate plans with operations.
