Job summary

Women's Health Clinic in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Director of Programs & Partnerships to lead Clinical & Community Programs. This 1.0 FTE, in-person role reports to the Executive team and requires strong strategic oversight of funding agreements, program development and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include HR management, budget development, policy approval, quality improvement, and collaboration with funders to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or alternate education required.
• 5+ years of management experience in health care.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex programming.
• Experience providing strategic advice on complex topics.
• Proficiency in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of programs to ensure effective functioning and alignment with strategic goals through supervision of and collaboration with Program Managers; ensuring that deliverables of funding agreements are achieved and reported.
