Canadian Director of Operations

Know-How Systems is seeking a Director of Canadian Operations to oversee catastrophe hail response, including estimating, repairs, and claims management. The role also involves managing our full-time repair operations across Canada, including paint and body shop operations, PDR, wheel repairs, and key replacement. The candidate must excel in customer service and client relationship management. Extensive management experience in HR, payroll, process, and expense management is required. Automotive repair experience with crash-estimating systems is essential; estimating PDR is a plus. The position requires 50-75% travel. Training on KhS processes and duties will be provided.

Responsibilities

1. Interact with customers daily
2. Manage resources to maximize profitability

Requirements

• Prior experience managing auto body operations
