Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all District Manager's performance and results.
• Responsible for the operations and compliance of all 130+ Freshslice Franchise Owners.
• Setting guidelines for evaluations, recruitment, and advancement.
• Reporting results to the CEO.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Food & Beverage experience within a Franchise or Corporate Chain.
• Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.

Pay: $100,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
