Director of Operations – Aqua Fast Flush

Aqua Fast Flush (AFF) and Dambro Environmental are leaders in specialized maintenance solutions, serving industries like food processing, agriculture, and emergency waste management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or another related degree, required.
• 5-10 years’ experience in a high-level leadership position with a proven track record of success.
• Experience managing managers/supervisors, required.
• A thorough understanding of project management, required.
• Experience of leading groups with 50+ employees, preferred.
• Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems, preferred.
• Must have a demonstrated and successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, guiding investment in people and systems, and developing an infrastructure that creates a stronger and more efficient organization.
• Able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.
• Must be collaborative, an innovative thinker, decisive, strategic, and have a strong results orientation.
• Must be capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands.
• Must have a high level of personal integrity.
• Must have excellent collaboration skills and the ability to generate flexible and creative approaches to problem solving.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent computing and analytics skills, including high proficiency in MS Office products.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday as well as the occasional evening and weekend.
