Job summary

YWCA BC seeks a senior IT leader to direct day-to-day IT operations, cybersecurity, and risk management across multiple sites in Metro Vancouver. You will define technology direction, manage budgets, and oversee essential platforms and data pipelines to ensure reliable services for staff and clients.

Reporting to the VP Finance, IT and Risk, you will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and drive multi-year technology roadmaps with strong governance and incident

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive IT experience with infrastructure and end-user computing
• Experience leading IT service delivery including ticketing, incident and change management
• Demonstrated cybersecurity experience: patch management, endpoint security, IAM and incident response
• Strong vendor management, renewals and procurement coordination
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of standard practices
• Experience building multi-year technology roadmaps and IT budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and service management across multi-site environments
• Oversee infrastructure, endpoints, cloud services, and data pipelines for enterprise reporting
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, budgeting, and service performance
• Operate cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and incident response readiness
• Deliver IT projects from planning through to steady-state operations and training
• Lead IT operations team, set on-call and escalation practices, and staff development
