Burckhardt Compression Canada Ltd. is seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth, build strategy, and lead a high-performing Canadian sales team. You will stay close to customers and the market while setting direction and turning opportunities into profitable growth.

You will shape the Canadian sales approach, expand with existing and new customers, and navigate a complex industrial market to win measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years B2B industrial sales experience.
• Experience selling or servicing large reciprocating compressors is a strong asset.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs, commercial value, profitability and ROI.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy for the Canadian market and develop the annual sales plan.
• Own annual sales budgets, targets, profitability and market share.
• Grow existing and new business through customer relationships and prospecting.
• Lead from the front: pursue strategic opportunities, prepare quotes, negotiate and advance opportunities.
• Develop high-performing sales teams with accountability and growth.
• Maintain CRM data, lead weekly reviews, and ensure timely field service processes.
