Job summary

Inner Circle Agency Inc. is recruiting an experienced Sales Director to drive new business development and expand the customer base across North America. This hands-on role requires personally prospecting, developing, and closing new accounts while managing pipelines and targets.

As the function grows, the role will evolve into leading a sales team and building a scalable sales process, with on-site duties in Montreal and strong collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven win-rate.
• Hands-on prospecting and account acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial B2B, packaging, distribution, or related environments.
• Strong ability to manage full sales cycle and build a pipeline from scratch.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Montreal and eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business across construction, building supplies, industrial, packaging, and related markets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through cold outreach, networking, site visits, and events.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Manage sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Develop pricing strategies in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with production to ensure feasibility and customer alignment.
• Recruit, develop, and lead additional sales team members as the function expands.
