Job summary

Inner Circle Agency Inc. is recruiting a Sales Director to drive new business development and grow the customer base across North America. The role is hands-on initially, prospecting, closing accounts, and managing a personal pipeline.

As the business scales, you will lead and develop a sales team, build a scalable sales process, and collaborate closely with production to meet customer needs. Montreal-based opportunity, English and French required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Hands-on prospecting and account acquisition experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial B2B, packaging, or related environments.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle and build a pipeline from scratch.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Montreal and legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business across target markets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers via cold outreach, networking, site visits and events.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Manage activity, pipeline development, and forecasting in a CRM.
• Develop pricing strategies in a competitive market.
• Coordinate with production to align new business with capabilities.
• Recruit and lead additional sales team members as the function grows.
