Job summary

YORK1 seeks a Director of Data Strategy & AI Enablement to define enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture. You will lead analytics, BI, and AI/RPA initiatives, partnering with executives to drive digital transformation across ERP systems and the SharePoint digital workplace.

The role requires 8+ years in data/analytics leadership, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and a passion for innovation, cybersecurity, and agile methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, ERP systems, or enterprise technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead York1’s enterprise data strategy, governance framework, and roadmap.
• Oversee data architecture, integration, and consolidation across ERP and business systems.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, metadata management, and master data governance.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance data environments that support business growth.
• Lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics delivery across business units.
• Develop predictive analytics capabilities to support forecasting and planning.
• Oversee design and delivery of data visualization and executive reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure trusted reporting across functions.
• Develop and execute AI and automation strategy including RPA implementation.
• Identify AI use cases to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with leaders to embed AI-driven insights into workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including ML and automation tools.
• Provide strategic oversight of ERP and related systems (Trux, Nylus, Jonas, HubSpot).
• Ensure integration supports a unified data ecosystem and single source of truth.
• Lead SharePoint intranet governance and digitization of workflows.
• Drive data-driven budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Oversee change management processes for data initiatives.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary data team across onshore and offshore resources.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.
