Job summary

Nexora is seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Transformation to lead the development and execution of the AI strategy across the organization. This role advises senior leadership, aligns AI initiatives with corporate objectives, and ensures ethical and regulatory compliance while driving measurable business value.

The incumbent will oversee AI governance, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with business sectors to accelerate AI-driven transformation and innovation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Six or more years of progressively responsible experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience presenting recommendations and influencing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization's AI and machine learning roadmap.
• Define long-term AI priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on high-value AI solutions and investments.
• Lead AI initiatives across the organization and govern AI governance frameworks.
