Job summary

ehouse, a Shopify-focused commerce agency, seeks a Director of CRO to lead its analytics-driven conversion optimization practice for DTC and omnichannel brands. Translate quantitative signals into revenue-driving changes across Shopify experiences and own the analytics backbone of experimentation, segmentation, and reporting.

You will develop data-backed hypotheses, design testing roadmaps, and partner with UX/Design/Development to prioritize actions by statistical confidence and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRO initiatives with a data-first mindset.
• Proven ability to translate data into prioritized actions and revenue impact.
• Strong proficiency with eCom analytics and experimentation
• Team mentoring and client strategy ownership from discovery through execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to client stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CRO engagements grounded in client analytics data from day one.
• Partner with clients to develop data-driven strategies across site experience and product roadmaps.
• Develop testing roadmaps with UX/Design/Development based on quantitative impact.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with proper statistics.
• Own analytics implementation and data integrity across GA4, GTM, and Shopify
• Build executive dashboards in Looker to visualize trends and revenue attribution
• Synthesize data into clear narratives and recommendations for fast decision-making
• QA CRO deliverables and oversee contractors and vendors
