Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial E-commerce Director to build and lead our digital commerce function. You’ll own the Shopify storefront end-to-end, driving revenue, CRO, and customer experience from day one.

This hands-on role partners with the Founder to establish a scalable foundation before expanding paid media and CRM. You’ll audit the site, implement a practical roadmap, and elevate merchandising, measurement, and on-site promotions to deliver repeatable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning e-commerce performance with revenue and conversion responsibility.
• Hands-on Shopify expertise including catalog, promotions, apps, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience improving conversion via CRO and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytics and KPI reporting; validates tracking and measurement quality.
• Able to diagnose an under-optimized store and implement practical plans without a large team.
• Experience collaborating with design, dev, content, media/CRM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shopify storefront and accountable for online revenue, conversion, and customer experience.
• Audit the site and build a prioritized roadmap of fixes and quick wins.
• Implement CRO across PDPs, collections, navigation, cart, and checkout with testing.
• Build analytics and reporting foundations for data-driven decisions.
• Elevate site merchandising, storytelling, and brand presentation online.
• Manage on-site promotions and seamless customer experiences during launches.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, photographers, and copywriters.
• Optimize catalog, variants, collections, searchability, and integrations.
• Partner with external media/CRM buyers as the channel scales.
