Job summary

Fanshawe College seeks a visionary leader to guide the Norton Wolf School of Aerospace, Information, and Defence Technologies through its next growth phase. This senior role drives academic planning, program development, and external partnerships within Canada’s evolving tech and defense sectors.

The successful candidate will champion interdisciplinary collaboration, excellence in teaching, and workforce readiness while navigating government and industry priorities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 9 years of related and progressive administrative experience.
• Teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in aviation or aerospace training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides Academic Leadership and strategic planning.
• Chairs committees and represents the school on College-wide and provincial committees.
• Develops and implements new academic programs and partnerships.
• Oversees budget, staffing, and resource allocation for the school.
